Fibre not available

[link to this post]

I've been trying to get FTTC at our new holiday home, the phone line is connected to Cabinet 37 on Skegness exchange but when checking on the Openreach fibre site I get this message "We're working with government and industry to explore ways to bring Superfast fibre to as many people as possible but don't have a plan for your area yet." which suggests it isn't available but the cabinet does seem to have a fibre twin so I'm trying to find out what the issue might be, any way I can do that?

Cabinet 37 is not live for VDSL2.

You might be seeing cabinet 12 and its fibre twin
