Demon Now being Summoned to Court

I've decided enough is enough and legal proceedings have started

I'll briefly explain my situation.

My Internet connection with Demon had never been beyond 256k there tech line were unable to fix the problem even though previous I had a 2meg connection with another ISP., and since migrating I'm happily back on 2meg.

So way Back when I as with Demon Internet

I called there customer support and requested my mac key and asked to have the 12 month waived.

They agreed on the telephone and said they would refund the amount that they owed me - (
