At 13:00 they phoned me to tell me they had fixed it
. All I had to do was reboot the modem. Unfortunately my performance got worse

At 14:15I had a 'chat' with the helpdesk.
"Rajesh: I'm sorry. We got an update from our engineers saying it was fixed.
Me: Not for me, it isn't
Rajesh: However they came back again saying the issue is still there now.
Rajesh: So just give us sometime.
Me: This has been almost 5 days
Rajesh: I do agree with you.
Rajesh: However our engineers started working on this only from yesterday afternoon.
Me: I am not hassling you. 5 days is too long for a fault fix. Why did they wait until yesterday afternoon. There are people complaining about it in various forums since Monday. Still I don't suppose you can do anything about it from your location
Rajesh: I’m sorry you’ve had such a bad experience. I’d like to try and help. But I do not have the resourse to do that."
13:30 I seem to be back at my pathetic 4.9Mbps. I can't quite relax though, yet
