Do you mean DMT, which is just a monitoring tool that lets you alter a few line settings, or do you mean DGTeam firmware which replaces the software (firmware) inside the Netgear and is intended to improve the router? Which it does in a few ways I believe - the only benefit I found used was the ability to hold a margin tweak through a router reboot or power-cycle.
