DG834 v4 upgrading firmware (dg team)

[link to this post]

Hi, i downloaded the dg team f/w for my router dg834 v4, i know how to browse the file and upgrade in the routers gui, but the downloaded file "DG834GV4_V5.01.16_DGTeam_1018.zip contains 3 files all .img extensions, the dgteam site info:
Downloads are released in .zip archive format.

Each archive contains several .img firmware files.

They can differ each other by physical ADSL driver in use and/or web interface language available (one per .img firmware).

Upgrade router with the one you prefer.
but how do you know which one is the correct file ie,english ect?

It might be useful if you could post the file names, then we could hazard a guess tongue

Would guess "all" means all lingos (but with diff. drivers).

1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU BB => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU BB

1,= DG834GV4_V5.01.16_DGTeam_1018_all_adsldrv023b.img size :3.84 MB (4,030,464 bytes)
2,= DG834GV4_V5.01.16_DGTeam_1018_all_adsldrv023o.img size:3.84 MB (4,030,464 bytes)
3,= DG834GV4_V5.01.16_DGTeam_1018_all_adsldrv026.img size:3.88 MB (4,071,424 bytes)
as a guess i would go for 3 but that could be the wrong one, is why i was asking on here,just in case anyone has already used the gd team f/w , as i would sooner get it right first go

Have a look here it might help, although it's in relation to a GT but they are both Broadcom chipped, I think it's the same chip in the GT and the v4.

well i chose the O version, all seems ok, and am tweaking settings,so far with better than expected results,but as they say time will tell, but if my current settings prove to be unstable during the periods the interference is at its worst, i can always adjust it to the default etc ,thanks for your input everyone
