Billion 7700N Chipset?

[link to this post]

Which chipet is used in the Billion 7700N? Some people seem to say the 6328 Broadcom and others say the 6358. From people who own it, which one is it?

Finally: is it good on a low SNR?

Got it today! And it is the 6358, and yes it does hold SNR very well according to my friends. Plus the SNR is tweakable via telnet.

That's great! Why are some people saying that it doesn't have the 6358? Mine is coming tomorrow! I'll let you know how I get on!

When I telnet to mine, the banner says "BCM96328 Broadband Router".

I'm guessing by pure string matching that it uses the 6328 chipset.

However, it does indeed hold a long distance line like glue.
