Wall-mounted Openreach modem?

[link to this post]

A couple of years ago now, I think, I upgraded to Zen Internet FTTC and it was a "managed install". An Openreach engineer visited and installed (and wall-mounted) this rather nice-looking modem:

Firstly, can anyone identify the model of this? Secondly, is there a way I can get hold of them? Now that managed installations are not done anymore, I hear these modems are sadly not being made which is a shame because a) they look nice and sleek and b) i like the wall-mounting. The Technicolor modem I received is no doubt technically fine but it's just designed to stand on a table or something and looks less professional.

Ebay but prices are shooting up and make sure it has a white PSU as the little black ones are reportedly unreliable. It is an HG612 3b you need but they only have a limited life and we have seen posts on this forum of them going faulty.

Hum. Well then do you know of any wall-mounted ones that look similarly sleek?

I have a TP-Link TD-WD9970 which can be wall mounted but currently sitting on a desk but the antenna can't be removed maybe someone else will have a more aesthetic suggestion. I have one of the modems in the picture as a backup in case the TP-Link goes pop or for diagnostics.

I'd take a look at the Draytek Vigor 130

standalone VDSL/ADSL modem and can be neatly wall mounted, smaller than the BT version too

OK so it looks like both the ECI Modem Type 1B and the Huawei EchoLife HG612 were similar-looking modems installed by Openreach. Which was better / more reliable?
