FTTP (inc Hyperoptic) routers, can they work on 2.4 GHz ONLY

[link to this post]

I hope this is the right place, if not i'm sorry mods.

After many years old plodding along at 3mbits i'm about to move into the real world and get ethier FTTP or Hyperoptic.

FTTP should be live by Xmas then choose an ISP or wait for Hyperoptic as they will be going live round here in about 4-6 months but much cheaper then FTTP ISP's from what i have seen.

Does anyone know if these FTTP/Hyperoptic ISP's router allow you to have the wireless at 2.4Ghz ONLY the reason i'm asking is i'm looking at some IP camera's and they will only work in the 2.4Ghz band

A router that allows connections on 2.4 and 5 Ghz will be quite happy to work with a device that only wants to connect at 2.4 Ghz..
