FTTC/Eclipse

Mmkay so we have a list of exchanges availalbe here for 'next gen internet access' aka FTTC!!...

I know AAISP have already got a few residential and business customers connected on the muswell hill exchange (one of the first FTTC enabled exchanges) taking advantage of the up to 40mbps service!

Does Eclipse have any plans on joining this rollout on the selected exchanges listed in that link? This way the lucky customers that are part of those exchanges already enabled can 'test' out this service and eclipse can get an insight into things so they are well prepared when FTTC rolls out rapidly in the comming new year. This will mostly benefit the ISP from doing any pre testing malarky etc... so once its available it will be instant for us to use.

I've been told that FTTC is also now available on the Glasgow exchange as part of the trials.

We will be rolling out FTTC to exchanges enabled by BT Wholesale as they become available in early 2010. However, these may not be the same dates as Openreach!
