Usage Discrepancy on New Package

Last Tuesday i moved onto the Business Bronze package,i have been monitoring my usage since and it's seems to be registering my use between the hours of 11-9am which are supposed to be free,anyone else find this? i have used the internet as normal on 5 days so far and downloaded over night,on my connection manager it shows a use of .5gb per day which is normal but on two of the days over 3gb which is not normal as i would have to download for 5 hours to use that on my connection.

I've noticed this also, on the same package. It makes it impossible to calculate/estimate the usage during 9am-11pm.

The bit in connection manager was much more accurate on my old package as well,it told you exactly how much is used instead of the bar graph.
