Sudden drop in download speeds

[link to this post]

Over the last week i have had a drop in speeds from 700~800 kb/s to 150 kb/s or there abouts. My router syncs at near to normal speeds but the download is being throttled. This happens at all hours. I've sent a email to support but I'm still waiting on a reply and with sometimes 5 people using the net at the same time in my house this is incredibly frustrating. Additional Info below

If anyone can shed some light on this problem it would be appreciated.

Your target noise margin looks high showing that you may have a noise problem on your line.
You need to do a BT speed test to see if your IP profile has been reduced, slowing your download speed.
also try a quiet line test on your phone to see if there is any audible noise on your phone line.

hope this helps.

Yes that's the test and it indicates that your profile has been reduced, if you dont have any more low sync's it should be raised within 5 days.
if you Google quiet line test there are plenty of good explanations.-saves me typing.
