Youtube caching at ISP level?

Has eclipse started to cache videos at ISP end as iv seen a eclipse's hostname appear on youtube's website.

it's probably more to do with some form of direct peering arrangment.

Agreed - IIRC, I had a natter with support at one point - and they do have edge servers and direct peering...
