I migrated to plusnet FTTC, from date 11/03/13, but i can still access my account details on My Eclipse. The next billing date for eclipse is on 16th so i don't want to be billed for a service i won't be using now can a eclipse staff look into this please.

So if you dont owe them anything cancel the direct debit or whatever payment is used.

There is "always" scope for a company doing regular billing to continue after they should have stopped.

BT Infinity 2 - IP profile 77 / 20 - super fast!
Previously BE Unlimited - 21,000 Download 1,200 Upload but then moved house - 6,500 Down, 1Mb/s up - gutted!
Ex <n>ildram , been to SKY MAX - 15,225 Download

I still have a few web pages on their servers and still get emails about my account which finished about 4 years ago. The bill is always £0.00.

Was Eclipse Home Option 1 & VM 2Mb
Now O2 standard
