Do you have any email or web hosting with us? If so it is possible you may have had your IP blocked at the firewall if there has been incorrect login attempts from your IP.
Drop us an email (that will still get through) with your ADSL line number and the IP you are coming from and we can check this for you.

Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, then untick "show friendly http messages".

Assuming you're using IE, of course....
