You seem to have had the same problem in April 2009, as per this post.

Nothing else from you since apart from one in that thread that upset a mod, and one recently I read before you deleted it but I can't remember what it was about.

Did the original fault ever get fixed?

they've ignored my ticket (Entanet not UKFSN) for about two weeks. I don't think they care anymore as a company. There are individuals at Enta that have gone far out their way for me, but 90% of them don't give two cents.

have you considered what the upload capability of tomtom2k5.free.fr might be ?

The BT speedtest wasn't fantastic, have you looked at what node you're on and how busy it is ?

Also as you have reinstalled XP I would check out the MTU and RWIN on a tweak testing site.

MaxDSL - goes as fast as it can and doesn't read the line checker first.

Are your kids pirates ? Limewire, Bearshare, Kazaa, BitTorrent, eMule are all tools of the trade.

I got the same when they put me on ADSL2+, as they also moved me onto a node that was crippled 24/7, and there was no way i was going to continue paying £30 a month for it, not for 10-20k 24/7, 365, so i left, now on O2 getting my full 6.5mb's 24/7, 365, and only paying £14.50 a month laugh
