It's weekend though, and I think he has to go to Docklands to restart the server.
Whilst I understand it's the weekend, I pay for a service and expect it to be provided.
I have little or no doubt that if I failed to pay my monthly charge, UKFSN would immediately disconnect my account.
If the server needs to be restarted, regardless of location, it should be done.
I rely on my email, if UKFSN can't provide a reliable service, they need to address this issue.
