Crikey, mine only open for a week. Customer service seemingly doesn't exist and Jason doesn't accept PM's here frown

Last time I had a problem, Enta's excellent support sorted it out.

The open ticket I have at the moment is UKFSN specific.

Time for a new provider then?

I've never been one to change providers at the drop of a hat, and with one exception (which is Enta's fault) nothing is broken for me.

I can't get Enta to make nntp work during weekdays 8am til 8pm and Jason suggested asking him for a VPN connection to his news server, that's what I'm waiting on.

But who to switch to? Especially as I want a 30 day contract.

Another Enta reseller such as freeola, or as an O2 customer, to them for £12.50/month?

O2 Basics is 20GB cap and ludicrously traffic managed.

Vivaciti are a decent Entanet reseller, and ADSL24 offer almost identical packages but are no longer doing them through Enta.

As you seem to have O2 LLU there, which exchange is it please? There could be a number of affordable and better options.

I I was in the market for a new provider I would seriously look at Uno or o2/Be if your exchange is enabled.
