no speed

just been moved back to enta today and i have no speed 0.85 up 0.60 down i,ve tested a few times now and its no better i was getting about 13500 down and 0.90 roughly up, is it just me ? heres my line stats after approx 1/2 hour after reboot

It could be just congestion on Enta's Glasgow WBC interconnect. I suggest another speed test mid-morning, and make sure you are connected wired to the router for it.

Those stats show you should be getting 12Mbps or so down, as you are connected at 14090kbps. The upstream looks fine.

But those stats also show you should be connecting at over 16Mbps anyway. If you were only getting 13.5Mbps throughput you have a longer-term problem.

That's if the attenuation figures can be trusted. It is normal for the downstream to be about double the upstream, not almost the same.

Who were you with before, and did you leave because of a problem?

i was with surfwise and no it was,nt a problem just them thottling everything could,nt watch you tube or fileshare during the day, just not for me on shifts, just with them 2 weeks and changed back to enta again.viviciti,s my provider never had any bother before with them. just checked on there site looks pretty good for congestion. i did get full speed on one test around 5 but after that double dial up speed never had that for years

It could just have been Olympics streaming messing you up on Surfwise, but have you got onto vivaciti about this new problem? It doesn't sound like the sort of thing where we will come up with a solution here.

Looks like the problem was the move from LLU to WBC, took a while for the IP profile to update.

last night down to 0.35 tonight the same put a ticket in to vivaciti had to reboot which lowered the profile a small amount at least i,m getting on tonight, durring the day full speed no problems
been on since 9.40 heres the stats
