Ukfsn gone awol?

[link to this post]

Sent a request to upgrade me to adsl2+ since enta have confirmed the upgrade, must be nearly two weeks ago, no reply yet. I see that others are having similar problems.

Anyone else in the same boat? Just wondering if jason has been away, and is working through a lot of requests? Hope he picks up my request soon, he said he would action my request in a day or two.

I like ukfsn as i have had no problems, but are there any other entanet resellers that are on par, but with more staff?

It might be worth you taking a look at Freeola's similarly priced package (£19.99 rather than £19.78) which has a more generous monthly allowance and better off-peak times smile

There are more than one provider using Enta's services still and some of us have more than one staff member.
