Groundhog Day

I have an issue that Enta and BTW cannot fix.
I have a "Battery Connect Fault" on the line.
Enta cannot intervene until fault cleared. BTW will not intervene until fault removed.
Openreach will not get involved until fault cleared, and added to their job list.
Any ideas ?

Given it is Openreach that look after the copper lines if their testing is showing this fault it is down to them alone to fix it.

Enta will push it back as that type of problem is handled by the voice provider. Who do you rent the PSTN line from?
