Very pleased with Vivaciti

[link to this post]

Oh my *sigh*.. what a difference from the service I had before.. I was astounded by the professionalism of those guys at Vivacity. (Enta reseller). I now have 12 Mb down and over .80 upload now.. with no limit on downloads (Iplayer being a big part in that) and it only cost me an extra pound a month. This is fantastic for me, the LLU unbundled is great.. I bow down to you and spit in the eye of the big providers. Enta is my man for many years now and so it will continue smile

I've a feeling if she was on LLU with Entanet that would have been via O2 Wholesale.

Just had a sniff around vivaciti, as I am looking to reduce costs, but they can't beat the price of my Zen / Freeola combination on price and give a lot less for the money - Off-peak from midnight instead of 7:00pm, dearer phone calls than my 1.5p per min, no free hosting etc. Also the package I was looking at has been dropped, but is still listed and offered on their site, so possibly Plusnet code their site. A very polite and fully explained reply as I expected from them in 12 hours, a bit better than Plusnet that I remember, but a way off the ten minutes I get from Freeola. Two fibre cabs sprouted in village since I was away, so may sit tight for a while.

Our phone calls are cheaper than that and we do offer free hosting, but afraid we cant beat the price.

Ah, the free hosting is nice and matches Freeola. A pity I saw no mention of it on your site. I can get cheap VOIP calls anywhere, but are you saying your landline calls are cheaper than Zen? http://www.zen.co.uk/business/voice/call-rates.aspx
Your call charge page pulls a page not found error, though I believe evening and weekend are dearer. http://www.vivaciti.net/ukcallcharges

Yes, I have been there Bob, but what are you pointing toward? I see no mention of call charges. To be honest, I was more interested in other charges, but found Complete Broadband package for instance not available now despite being offered.
