Entanet Usage Issue

I had a notice this morning of reaching my 45gb limit for which I checked my usage and saw that I have supposedly used 15.69gb between 8am and 8pm yesterday on the front page.
Checking the detailed usage was interesting at the top out of sync was 13:12:31 = 4gb before the usual first reading at 00:02:27.

Cumulative readings 08:02:44 = 4.14 GB to 20:02:14 = 6.02 GB for peak showing that I had used less that 2gb.

I have emailed Enta support but no response, has anyone else had problems like this before with Enta ?

Hi. Slightly different but related.
Over last weekend the usage reporting went dippy for me which I've never seen before.
The online stats said I have used over 600GBs in 2 days when it was about 8! A few others were also effected.

Monitoring things I saw the online stats report 30GB uploaded when the router said 80MB!

The totals for Fri/Sat/Sun were all removed by Freeola/Entanet and reporting seems to be accurate since then.

Does the Enta billing site show the higher usage figures?

Sent two emails, no response from CS Enta, called and the CS guy agreed something wasnt right, added a 10gb top up last Thursday so I didnt get shut off while they sorted it out, its now been a week, another email to CS and still not resolved.

Normally CS Enta is very good, however clearly nothing good lasts as this is just rubbish.

After Enta CS agreed there was a problem they didnt appear to do anything, I had a call confirming there was an issue but nothing further. Apparently although I am on business 45 they have got me set on normal times...

From my perspective I saw nothing.

This month my usage is showing higher than normal, apparently we downloaded 600mb in 13mins at 11.30am and no one was on the PC at that time.

Checking 27th Jan 00:00:54 1.4 GB 1.4 GB, apparently we downloaded 1.4gb in the first 54 secs of that day, not possible on my ADSL.

Could you take a look please.

How do you get the *exact* time? I can't see that on my Enta usage page.

Also remember usage is also upload - so are you running something (web server/torrent etc.) that could cause this?

And lastly, call Enta - their techies are really helpful -> 0333 101 0000

If you login to the Enta billing site you can drill down into your usage so you can see usage per day and then per approx. 10 -12 minute interval.
