UKFSN: the mystery thickens...

I am at loss to why Jason is not responding any emails, or posting here. As you know, UKFSN has been invoicing me for 2 months for a line that has ceased, and despite Entanet confirmed it.

His website www.ukfsn.org is at time of this writing unaccessible, and I was assuming that Jason had become AWOL. Well, it seems not totally: I could find he has a twitter account (https://twitter.com/jason_ukfsn), and he was retweeting yesterday! I wish he could find the same time to answer his customers though.

A few minutes after I posted this message, Jason has tweeted: https://twitter.com/jason_ukfsn/status/4368223958744...
"UKFSN email and web problems this morning caused by server outage. The server is back online and email services are restored. Web back soon"

Well, now Jason time to answer my emails! Or are you delibrately ignoring my requests?

Knowing very little about Twitter, am I right in thinking no-one can (directly) answer back? I.e. reply to a tweet?

Thank you Tony for sending him a Tweet asking him to solve my case (and thank you to the others for their advice and help). We'll see if Jason will finally wake up.

Well, I just want him to say: ok, I have removed you from my customer list, the last invoices are void, good bye. I will not argue with him. He does not even need to apologise. I don't care frankly, nor his [censored] little company.
