Well, surprise, surprise... Jason has not deigned to answer to any of my emails or any of my forum threads, despite numerous attempts of contacting him in a courteous manner, and despite receiving the tweets that Tony sent him to remind him of my problem explained on this forum. He just continues to wrongly invoice me and send legal threats. All of this despite Entanet confirmed my line was terminated and despite the fact he has been notified many times. This is borderline fraudulent now, and I will have to send him a recorded letter to ask him to cease, again at my personal cost.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt: I thought that he might have been incapacitated in answering his emails by any way, but the fact he is tweeting proves the contrary. Therefore his attitude is purely contempt - towards a 10-year customer! - and this is definite proof he is just taking the [censored] now.
So buyers beware: Jason is acting very unprofessionally, and not only he demonstrates his incompetence but also his total absence of care for his customers. Avoid at all cost!
