MAC Request

[link to this post]

Just requested a MAC from UKFSN and it appeared within the hour on the control panel. Once used, will my UKFSN account cease following 30 days and stop any further billing or do I still need to contact UKFSN to request this?

Once you've moved you should email them to tell them you have moved.
Do Enta do your billing ? if so you should tell them the day you leave as well.

Cheers.

Enta does not do billing, it is the reseller (UKFSN) which does. Enta does wholesale.
Once you have migrated, you can safely ignore undue invoices (but you need to pay the last one, since there is a 30-day period). I had to send a recorded letter after receiving 3 undue invoices, but the letter was not picked up. At least it provides you with some proof. Finally my invoices were cancelled without an explanation but at least that was some result.
Good luck.

That's strange - I am with UKFSN and Enta take the money from my card - I get a mail each month from Enta customer support informing me so.

Also I was double billed once, and called Enta support and they corrected it all - no involvement with UKFSN at all.

Same for me i'm with ukfsn but enta bill and invoice me. Thanks for the replies, I'll leave then inform them both with the transfer date. I'm coming up for another payment, so will let that one go through and cancel any after that.

Enta does do billing for some people as part of their service.

If you cancel Enta will not be able to refund any money they owe you.
As they bill you, use your mac and then once your moved over then ring Enta tell them and they will tell you if you are owed any money and when it is safe to cancel.
It is also easier if your moving to another Enta reseller as you can deal directly with Enta still.

Cheers.

OK I did not know that. When I spoke to an Enta employee this is what he explained to me. Maybe they have changed this?
