Any good?

[link to this post]

I may be moving over to Entanet Wholesale via Vivaciti, as they appear to be dropping the Daisy Network. Vivaciti wont tell me by ticket or confirm, but another user has moved over and he is reportedly now on Enta. So what's the water like over here, I'm currently on ADSL2+ on TT tails LLU? What are speeds like ?

I find them excellent and support is understandable if you ever need them.

Cheers.

Yes they wont discuss suppliers with me via ticket, I will know once my supplier transfer goes through with a trace. Currently on Daisy.

I always found Enta support excellent when I was with them. Sadly I couldn't say the same for the reseller I was with then - but I left Enta for Vivaciti mainly for ADSL2 via TT/Daisy when that became available at my exchange as the only LLU option - had I not had that possibility I might have stayed - but not with that Reseller.

I called Vivaciti support when I first saw mention of changes but they say it wont affect me. so hopefully my next move will be to FTTC

Any ISP that thinks that selling my click traffic is acceptable is MisinPHORMed
VIVACITI Surfwise LLU - Finally free of the BTw crawl, but not of BT's speculative invoicing (AKA SFI charges)
SWPM PCP29 - not yet feeling any of that fibre love.

Enta and Vivaciti are the same, Vivacity is the reseller on the Enta network. I think he's trying to say that he was with another reseller who he decided to leave and then went to Vivacity. I did this too. I went the LLU route.. I never looked back, great speeds and no cap laugh

Well that's weird I am on the Daisy LLU option with Vivaciti and I got an email giving me new router username and password. One bloke who was also on surfwise has moved to enta, god knows where I am moving to. I have asked but got the brush off which is not satisfactory, might have to look at Xilo.

They are not the same. Enta is a wholesaler of services to many resellers of which vivaciti is one, and direct sellers to corporate business. They also appear to wholesale backhaul.

The change now taking place is vivaciti moving people from a different wholesaler, not Enta. Banger's question is whether or not the new one is Entanet.

Personally, albeit pay a bit more than the heavyweights, Enta are excellent on delivery, uptime, and support.

I have FTTC and been up 130 days now.

Welcome back smile

Are you still with UKFSN? You've normally been quick to defend them but I haven't seen any replies to recent posts.
