Enat - J & V Data

[link to this post]

I've just received a letter from Enta saying that our broadband connection will be "supported" by J & V Data in future.
Letter says "we do not always have time to service your needs". And continues "one of our preferred Resellers has offered to provide support for your connection".
Firstly, am wondering how widespread this is. And secondly, wondering what comments the forum would like to make about such a move.

Hi Robertos, this connection was originally (years ago) setup through a reseller who is no longer, and was transferred to direct with Enta 2 or more years ago.

Part of my concern is the number of posts on the Other Resellers forum which are not favourable to Vivaciti/J&V

I guess most Entanet users will be via a reseller - rather than going direct.
So I guess it makes sense that they are tidying things up for accounts that they have taken on over time for different reasons.

Perhaps they could have offered you a choice of reseller? But as you can switch after a month it shouldn't be a problem as you can move if you aren't happy.

PS I can recommend Freeola who I've been with for about 15 years smile
