Entanet billing site - locked out issue

I just went to check my usage at the Entanet billing site for the first time in ages, and logging in I get returned to the log-in page with this message:

"Your account has been locked due to failed login attempts - try again in 10 minutes' (or something like that, can't remember the exact words).

I only tried to log-in once.

So some bot hammering away there - or a server issue?

We have not had any reported issues of anyone trying to get into the ebilling site, give your reseller a call to look into it for you.

Sorry for late reply.

What happened was about 6 months ago I requested that my invoices were sent to a new e-mail address (i.e. I changed it) - but I still had to use my old e-mail address to log in to the billing site.

For some reason, after all this time, I had to start using my new e-mail address as log in user.

Time moves in mysterious way wink
