Says on Pulse 8 Broadband T and C Adam Fullalove is director.

Looks like Pulse 8 Broadband and Compucare Computer Servicing are like Metronet and Plusnet maybe.

It was my typo, probably had TBB Andrew on my mind. As I have said, the service I have had so far is first class, knowledgeable and almost immediate. All connection details and fixed IP given almost immediately after supplying MAC. So we will see. I know nothing in this world is perfect, but it is how problems are solved the sorts the good from the bad. I thought Zen for line and Freeola/Enta were a good deal and good service. Most here know the Enta nightmare I have suffered, along with some very mixed customer service from Freeola. Also last month, Zen mistakenly put me onto an expensive business line package I did not ask for, resulting in a bill this month of over £25 just for line, quite a jolt from the £11.22. I never even got a 'sorry' from them, just a credit note I will probably never see. So, that's me gone and saving money into the bargain.
I have often felt that Plusnet is favoured here compared with other forums, as I have been there and got the t-shirt and see nothing to tempt me back on Market 1. But the likes of Bob are OK and like many very knowledgeable regarding Broadband, but we can get on some folks nerves trying to have the last say on a particular thread, or we come across a condescending attitude - Got that T-shirt too!

Resold BTW and TT LLU where available - Not Enta is all that matters at the moment.

Update - A couple of days into my Pulse8 Broadband and could not be happier. An afternoon on the phone with Adam and I now have stability on my severely degraded line. A slower, but error free service to tide over till my fibre cab goes live in a few weeks. Thus far, I can say it's the best customer service I have encountered and food for thought for those like me on a Market 1 exchange.
