Does this apply to those on Easynet LLU lines also, or just those on Pipex LLU lines? Also does this 24/7 LLU support apply to support tickets, or is it just phone support?

1. you do not say how customers obtain this support - do they have a dedicated number or is there a menu option on the phones?
2. why was this not posted at freedom2support as well? The majority of f2s customers use that forum in preference to this one.

All customers on the LLU service have received direct notification from F2S advising how to contact the Support team.

Please send me a pm with your details if you no longer have the number.

This is purely for the Pipex LLU support, all other support remains the same.

It applies to both Support calls and tickets.

Bet the other LLU customers are chuffed to hear this.

Especially given that customers on the Easynet product at SKY/UK Online get 24/7 support as standard.

Shouldn't really follow up my own post but what the hell...

My connection has been unstable for last 36 hours, have yet to complete a round of COD4.

rang support, kept on hold to eventually get answer machine...

... no returned call...

... MAC code requested via email...

... rply to email for mac says ticket actioned and closed... but no MAC quoted...

As Helen says, people who get the 24/7 support have been notified. F2S provides LLU connections via two LLU networks - Pipex and Easynet (no new connections are made via Easynet now I don't think). It's only those F2S users who are connected via the Pipex LLU network that get the 24/7 support.
