Does it still spike like that if all computers/internet connected devices are off just the router on?

Looks very regular, evey two hours or so.
Does your router or any computers, or smartphones have anything like tasks, or time retrieval set for two hourly (ish) period?

Does anyone else on the Plusnet trial get the same?

If some or all then it is something to do with them. If no-one, then it is specific to you so probably at home.

I haven't seen any like that on any ISP. The general state seems fine, with two or three biggish downloads?

My domains, website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Internet connection - IDNet Home Starter Fibre. Live BQM.
