I do have a BT managed line but rental is not directly paid to them its through an online phone company must be good, been wth them 5 years and 4 ISP inc an FTTC
But you don't have BT Broadband/Infinity I gather?

Quite correct Roberto i have the BT wholesale jobby via an ISP.

Got a few problems and logged a ticket, BT looking in to it.

BT Retail marketing/sales requirements will not apply to you then. Presumably you can't get Infinity either? Just some generic FTTC?
