BT INFINITY order dissapeared

Order BT Infinity, all was going well, order confirmed, they even sent letter through post. However now my order has disappeared from the mybt web page. Is this something to worry about, have the screwed up the order?. Anyone else had experience of this?

You're lucky, my order never showed up on the "My BT" account in the first place.
Not really expecting anyone to show up on the 22nd.
Still; at least I can charge them a day's pay plus admin costs (one assumes, since they're happy to charge me if I miss the appointment, that they don't mind paying me when they don't turn up) wink

Same thing happened to me.Cabinet went live 3rd August,ordered immediately and date for activation 10th August.The order appeared on MyBT shortly afterwards but two days later
it disappeared and said no orders for this account.However when I went to this site http://www.bt.com/consumerOrderTracking/cyaot/hubhom... without signing in it was displayed.I was still wary if anything would happen but on the 10th a nice young lady phoned
and two hours later I was up and running.Very pleased.Hope this helps.

Many may feel sorry for such pathetic individuals who have to continue with their hate campaigns just because I don't share their opinions of the ISP about which they continually complain, yet are not prepared to accept any help, or to leave that ISP (you; if you're a little confused).
