What happens when my 18 month Infinity contract ends ?

[link to this post]

What happens when my 18 month contract for BT Infinity + BT phone line expires in summer 2012, I don't want to cancel, but I also don't want to be locked into another long contract is there a month by month kind of deal available ? TIA

It'll continue on a rolling 30day contract.

If he is on the Evening and Weekend calls package that becomes chargeable unless he opts to take a 12-month contract on the line and makes the requisite number of calls per month/quarter.

OK thanks. I'm not sure that's a change in the law, as such, but it probably has much the same effect.

It was always whats called a 'Sharp' practice.

ie: not illegal, but morally corrupt. and the league of badly run companies.
