For Partial LLU (line rental still on BT equipment) I can make it work.

For Full LLU:
I can make it work, but I'll need to ask the user what exchange they are on and it won't be able to give a speed estimate or check if it's live.

Shame, I thought it was quite useful having the data in one place, including the estimated attenuation. Why not just ensure that they are labelled clearly as applying to ADSL, not FTTC?

The reason why there is no such online checker is because BT will be on your case. I would recommend anticipating that they will be in touch shortly. The data within that "leaked" document is BT copyrighted and they don't like any part of it being published

And they will prove the data stored on his server came from their information.. how exactly ?

Bearing in mind also that a cabinet location isn't per se, Bt copyrighted information, any more than the location of street lamps in my road......

It's one of those situations where there's no way of me proving 100% to you that I'm genuine, but I'll say again that I'm only doing this out of pure interest in the area and wanting to help the community.

If you want, I'd be happy to give you a link to the live source code which is displayed through a php script which literally opens index.php and echo's the code out, or access to the FTP if you really want? (I already had one request for the source code to which I obliged)
