Hi all,
Can anyone who has access to the April rollout sheet check my postcode please?
ME19 4NH
As it is only a two year old estate I'm guessing it will be one of the cabinets left out as not commercially viable frown
Thanks

Well it is on the December spreadsheet but not planned to roll out frown

I dont suppose it will have changed. Have you tried the BT checker for your number (unless it is SKY or TalkTalk), near neighbours telephone number or the house number and post code?

Ex <n>ildram , been to SKY MAX - 15,225 Download
BE Unlimited - 21,000 Download 1,200 Upload,
Moved house, now BE Unlimited 6,500 Down, 1Mb/s up - gutted!
FTTC Cab installation commenced 12th April - expect full 80 / 20 - bye bye BE, hello BT Infinity soon!

Thanks for the reply.
There is nothing at all on any of the checkers or websites, my next door neighbour said he rang BT and they said it will be upgraded this month but as I thought they went by the openreach spreadsheets I am not sure how they knew this. I am guessing it was a standard answer without actually knowing any true details, that's why I wanted to know if there was any change in the April spreadsheet?

Well, they were hopeful, WEST MALLING Cabinet 35 (which is what you're on) is not planned for 2012.

Is that from the December spreadsheets, or the new April ones?

Does anyone have sight of the new April spreadsheet. Going back to my original post does a cabinet with the number 15 show up for WF9 4BE?

I'm a bit confused now by MrSaffron's rather swish checker. That says a service type of FTTP with 100% probability from Phase 4B (March 2010) on cabinet P32.

But all the other checkers say the exchange for my postcode (E11 4DG) is FTTC enabled, however i am told FTTC is unavailable to me by every ISP ( i assumed because the cabinet wasn't and never will be upgraded, given the exchange was done over 2 years ago).

Is any ISP even offering FTTP services?

Note March 2010 is when it was announced that E11 4DG on the Leytonstone exchange would have FTTP installed. Other lines at other post codes served by Leytonstone are getting or already have FTTC. Currently it is either FTTC or FTTP, end users don't have a choice as to which wil be installed. Note also that FTTP installs are running well behind schedule and to date FTTP is only available at around 10 exchanges.

Hi there, I am in Epsom, Surrey. Openreach has the exchange FTTC enabled in March and sent my notification to my provider immediately. The checker has 100% probability, speed increase 8.13, phase 9a, cabinet p53. My postcode is KT197LH, I am with Talk Talk, so the BT checkers do not work. Wondering when I can expect FTTC/FTTP to be delivered, Talk Talk originally mentioned July or August as possible but was pretty vague and seemed like a long time away from the exchange being enabled. Please help.

@testforecho, the 100% refers to the percentage of lines at that postcode supplied by cabinet 53.

Only BT know roughly when it's planned for, however you could find your cabinet and see if it's fibre pair is there. It will be located somewhere near the entrance to your estate, probably Mckenzie Way as thats nearer the exchange. Here's a map of the post codes covered by your cabinet http://batchgeo.com/map/165e839b82d7061545a90570f12b...

You can also look on www.roadworks.org and see what works BT have scheduled, you can also set up email alerts on there.

Phase 9 is, I think, supposed to be completed by September this year although with the general slipage it will probably be December or Q1 next year.
