is my area going to be FTTC enabled

My exchange LVAIN .AINTREE has a RFS date for FTTC sep 2012

is there anyway to find out if it will be available in my area ?? my post code is L44DE

That postcode - L44DE - is in Windsor, not Aintree.

L44DE was not scheduled for FTTC/FTTP in the December spreadsheets frown. But the only cabinet showing is 48, and that only has 93% of the lines.

Not according to the Royal Mail Postcode finder. Windsor postcodes appear to start with SL
