downloads trying to get above 40/10

just woundered if anyone else as had this

The past couble of nights i have been downloading torrents and my speeds have been between 4.7 - 10.1 i first thought software but its been consistent i do get 40/10 on my current fttc but my speeds are trying to get way above more to 80/20 but then drop to 4.7 then increase again

let me know if anyone else have noticed

Is that 4.7 - 10 MB/s or Mb/s ?

You cant get above 40Mb unless you are on the 80Mb trials

That's what I'm saying I'm not on the trials the connections try's to go back to 4.7 sync or 40/10 but then rises again to re sync And rise. Really strange

That my dl speed not line sync I currently get the highest sync on my 40/10 profile but my dl speeds are above makes no sense lol

Maybe a side effect of the download client software

That can happen if you are using any of the Ookla testers, wihich is most apart from tbb and BT. Look for the logo near the bottom of the page. Many of us have had speeds from it way higher than what you are getting, on ADSL2+!
