I placed an upgrade order for up to 76mbit on the BT site yesterday evening. Reading around here and other forums most people got upgraded straight away and saw the speed increase. I haven't got anything here yet and when I log into my BT account online and check 'track order' it shows nothing. I entered in the reference number I got in the E-Mail and it says something about 'The order details you have entered were for a pending order which we are currently unable to display.'
So does there seem to be a problem or should I just wait and let it sort itself out?
