IP profile stuck?

My download IP appears to be stuck, the bt page said i should get the full 78/18

Download speedachieved during the test was - 32 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 12 Mbps-38.72 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 38.72 Mbps

Upload speed achieved during the test was - 11.86Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps

Should i call them?

Another test shows same.

Download speedachieved during the test was - 30 Mbps

I had exactly the same issue. I just unplugged the Openreach modem, unplugged the BT Hub, then waited a few mins and plugged in the Openreach modem again. Once the DSL light stays solid green, plug the BT Hub back in. That sorted it for me.
