Silly question on BT Speedtester

[link to this post]

When I run the speedtester on my 80/20 FTTC (using the beta tester) it simply gives me the u/s, d/s and ping measurements in text form. How do I get the graphical form I've seen others display, which also show what the max attainable values are?

OK, I wasn't sure if that was where the difference lay, but when I use the older one it starts then says 'Error'.
