I check the December_2012_PCP.csv and found my postcode info LN25AU
it says
deployed: yes
percent lines: 100%
phase: 6b
UPLIFT: 2.82

What is uplift and what is 6b? when its deployed, does it not means it should be on? bt checker say nothing for mine phone number. any comments?

http://www.coolwebhome.co.uk/fibre/checker.php adds a layer of explanation to the raw csv

Phase, the block of other cabinets this one was announced in. They don't complete blocks before annoucing another another, so does not guarantee it is live yet.

Uplift - take existing ADSL/ADSL2+ speeds and multiple by this factor to get an idea of your new speeds wtih FTTC
