First missed appointment was on Monday 10th, AM slot.
Second is this morning, also an AM slot.
Monday's missed appointment was a running joke of excuses from Openreach, first that the engineer was running late, next was that he was too busy to complete the job, and after that it was apparently because they had no VDSL modems left... (What a crock of £$%$!)
So now, again, it's 12:45 as I type this, and it looks like yet another engineer no-show.
Zen are trying to chase, but unfortunately I can only contact the tech support team on a weekend, who don't have access to all the systems (they're doing their best though).
Whose backside do I need to kick hard and repeatedly to get a damned engineer to turn up and do their job I wonder?
Edit: Yup, as I thought - second no-show.
Time to email the CEO I think.
