How to get Openreach to answer emails?

[link to this post]

Dear Openreach,

I would like to know more about the reasons for deferred or removed from deployment, for Cabinet P69, on the MRALT Exchange.

It serves the houses at Postcode WA14 2JB.

I would be grateful if you provide further information, as we may be able to arrange private funding.

Kind Regards

How do you know it's been deferred/removed?

If you put your telephone (assuming BT number) in this checker, what does it say? The postcode checker says 31 December, but its not that accurate.

Alternatively, email them at nga.enquiries@openreach.co.uk and ask.

Have some patience. You only emailed Openreach yesterday afternoon.
