RFS Date moved once again arghhhh!!!!

[link to this post]

What is going on with the FTTC RFS dates? My local exchange Bargoed was supposed to go live last year. This wasn't completed and a revised date of 30/06/2013 has been on view for the last 3 months. Now all of a sudden yesterday its showing as 30/09/2013.

Has anyone else seen this with their projected dates?

Looks like I will be stuck on 2Mbits for another 3 months longer than expected.

The Fibre CAB is in place and has been for over 6 months now. Plus its only 200 metres away from my house so I get the unfortunate opportunity to drive past it every day on my way to work grrrrr!!!!

The same as nearby my bro, The cab was there for 10 months and BT had forget to updated on their system on BT Openreach DSL checker that it was not yet available and now change to you can order it now. But once the order is placed, another further 4-6 weeks to bring in BT engineers and activated FTTC. In total, my brother had to wait setback from 2 months to 11 months in total.

Who told you that they forgot to change the cabinet to ready for service?

The RFS date for Oakham has just gone back from 30/6/13 to 30/9/13. Hardly surprising though as they haven't actually done a single bit of work yet.

Well I emailed NGA Enquiries to ask what's going on. Still no response to the email which said would be replied to within 7-10 days. However passing the CAB this morning it was covered with an Openreach tent but no sign of the Openreach tech or his van?????

Weirdness.....
