Exchange enabled, cabinet enabled but I can't get FTTC?

[link to this post]

Hello,

I'm connected to the Acton exchange which is FTTC enabled. My cabinet is enabled (I think?), giving the below results:

Cabinet Probability Uplift Phase Status Type
P40 100% 2.78 5b Part of deployment FTTC (Fiber to the Cabinet)

My postcode is: W3 8NY.

Yet I'm not able to place an order for a fibre based broadband. I'm currently with Sky so don't have a telephone number to use to check. Am I reading that wrong, or could it be that there is no capacity? Might there be another reason why I cannot get FTTC?

Thanks,
Ben.

What does the BT Wholesale checker say for your precise address

Using the postcode checker I get 31st March 2013. Using the address checker I get 31st March 2014.

A year difference?!

Postcode checker is less accurate, as there could be more than 1 cab serving a postcode.

A lot of dates have been moved out, as the 3 month dates often slipped, The cabinet could go live before March 2014, just keep checking every so often.

You can also try finding your cabinet and see if it's fibre twin has been installed.
