Limited exchanges have been announced for this service. This news post details the exchanges in question.

As well as the limited number of exchanges, there doesn't appear to be any retail ISPs offering it yet anyway.

Talked to Zen and they still seem in trial mode, which is something I've hinted might be the case in the news.

Can you get FTTC? If not, FTTPoD will not be available to you.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 54.2/15.2Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Just read about Zen, which looks interesting.

It also probably says something about the BTW pricing if they're planning on providing their own backhaul at some exchanges. Worth noting in the context of the TalkTalk complaint - who have their own backhaul anyway.

For doing interesting burst packages for business use, or clever bundles with 15 Meg reserved for upload to specific locations handling traffic from the GEA handover makes sense.

Also visibility of network for controlling VoIP quality becomes easier
