DLM relents - summer improvements?

[link to this post]

So after a couple of months of rock-steady connection at 65Mb/s DLM seems to have removed interleaving. I wonder if this is my anticipated 'summer improvements'?

I'm not home at the mo' so can't get the modem stats.

My interleaving was removed about a month ago, first time since it was applied last August/September.

Mine went on early this year, then came off after two weeks, then went back on a couple of weeks later and has been on ever since.

That's interesting. Got home tonight and yes, interleaving is removed so now I'm back to nearly 72Mb/s.

But there was also a lot of jitter on the line and my throughput was all over the shop - reminiscent of my 60 day fault.

It didn't start at 4pm nor when the line retrained though:

Seems to be following the increase in traffic as peak time comes closer.

I've disconnected and reconnected and it seems back to normal now. Last time it happened IDNet did say that BT were reporting a 'profile mismatch'.

I spoke too soon. It's not as severe as a 'normal' attack but it's continuing to afflict my line. I've now raised it with Support to see if they can investigate.

Hmm. Looks like it's a peak-time issue and possibly only affecting TBB. Speedtest.net and speed.io seemed fine throughout the evening. Perhaps it's just a coincidence that it happened the same day my connection resynced. It has to be said that the timing was off anyway so it didn't really match.
