Any hope for fibre in SE London?!

[link to this post]

So you guys seem to be a knowledgeable bunch. I'm moving into a new build property in SE London shortly, broadband checkers on ISP websites say no fibre, and super slow internet, as does this website http://dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/ADSLChecker.AddressOutput

It puts me at Cabinet 41. The address is Willow House, Dragonfly Place, SE4 2FJ. As far as I can tell, there's no hope for fibre or usable internet. But is that underestimating it?

The postcode for the property when put into Google Maps comes up as half a mile south of the actual road... No idea if that's an issue or not...

Any advice would be appreciated. Is there any hope of getting fibre there?

Thanks!

There is infill work due at the Deptford exchange

So this might mean your cabinet. Http://maps.thinkbroadband.com shows some FTC speeds near, so looks like other cabs have their fibre twin already
