How do I order FTTP on Demand?

[link to this post]

I am connected to an FTTC enabled cabinet on an exchange which is on the list to have FTTP on Demand in January. Does anyone know how to order FTTP on Demand? Which ISPs offer it? I realise Openreach need to come back with the quote for the installation cost but I need to find an ISP who is able to offer the product first.

Thanks

The 2 year limit on consumer contracts from Ofcom means that it is usually a business based provider

BT themselves, but probably hardest to deal with if a consumer I suspect.
Claranet I think do.

Have asked out on twitter for providers to put their hands up

BT Retail, BT Business Broadband, Plusnet, are the only three I've seen in action.

Claranet do this but it only offer 330/20 and can offer installation charge of £100 exc VAT for 12 months contract without the need of 36 months. But, £87.99 exc VAT for monthly charge seem expensive.

Xmas offer will get a less cheaper monthly payment here: http://www.claranetsoho.co.uk/content/broadband-fibr...

Is that not just FTTP rather than FTTPoD which is a different product?

I think u are correct there. It's for FTTP only. Not FTTPoD.

Plusnet have said they don't do it and BT Retail's online chat function told me to call their customer services team - the person I spoke to said they have no idea what FTTP on Demand is (he didn't even know what FTTP was...) I am with AAISP at the moment and I spoke to them and they can offer it but understandably can't provide an installation quote until January when Openreach enable the product for the exchange.

U need to check BT Wholesale Checker Availability to see if you are on FTTPoD available. If yes, then u need to contact your isp to discuss it.

I am on one of the exchanges to be enabled for FTTPoD in January so was just trying to compare the different packages so I can order from the ISP I choose when it is available. It is clearly difficult to do because ISPs do not publish their packages for this niche product yet.
